No buy challenge printables

Eight free worksheets that take a challenge from the week before to the day after — in US Letter and A4. Print one, or the whole kit.

Use them in this order

  1. BeforePreparation checklist → Rules worksheet
  2. DuringOne tracker: 7 days, 30 days or a calendar month — plus the pause list and inventory
  3. Each weekWeekly reflection (page 1 of the review)
  4. AfterEnd-of-challenge review (page 2) before you shop again

Trackers use four statuses — Kept, Allowed, Off-plan and Paused. Allowed purchases count as following your plan, and there is no streak to keep. For a version with your own rules filled in, build your plan and print it.
